Cape Spencer Light House

Cape Spencer Lighthouse stands proudly on Cape Spencer, located on the Yorke Peninsula, offering breathtaking vistas of the offshore islands. Originally, this navigation aid was set up as an automated beacon, which first illuminated the night in late 1950. In 1975, the beacon was upgraded to a fully automatic lighthouse facility, marking a significant enhancement with the construction of the current concrete structure and lantern.
